The concept for the contest is:

• The union of all ages under the auspices of creativity, culture and art
• The opportunity to present their work
• Noble competition should be inspired by culture and art
• The creation of the “largest group of friends” around the world
• The acquisition of experiences
• Building confidence in themselves and their abilities
• The acquaintance between members of different clubs and individual groups

• The exchange of views, expertise and culture
• The fun and the acquaintance in a beautiful part of Greece.

Also, during their stay, participants will have time to visit beautiful places, swim in the blue water, enjoy the Greek sun and hospitality.

PARTICIPATIONS

• In the contest (Festival) can participate soloists, duets, artistic groups and ensembles without limitation on the number of the participants.
• All ages
• The number of the participants in the contest is limited.
• Each participation (individuals or groups) must be presented to the show with the flag of its country.

CATEGORIES

MUSIC: Instrumental – music performance with all instruments (Classic, Folk, Pop, Jazz, Musical)

SINGING: Classical, Pop, Folk, Jazz, Chorus, Musical

DANCE: Traditional, Classical, Jazz, Modern, Break dance, Hip hop, Latin, Ballroom, Cheerleading, Musical

THE PARTICIPANTS MUST PAY ATTENTION TO THE BELOW REGULATIONS:

• Musical instruments, theatrical sets and anything relating to the presentation and execution of the participations, are not charged to the organizing committee of the festival, but the participants themselves.

The participants shall inform the organizing committee.

• The rehearsals and the main presentation of the participants are under the guidance of the organizing committee. The participants will be informed in time for the details of their rehearsals and presentation at the contest.
• The organizing committee has the right to distribute festivals promotional material. It also reserves the right for radio or television broadcasting and recording, filming or photographing of the festival.
• For all decisions responsible is the organizing committee.
• First aid for emergency cases will be provided, but medical services should be covered by the participants themselves. The safety of participants is exclusively the personal responsibility of each participant.
• Cups, Medals and Certificates of participation will be given.
• An invitation letter will be sent to participants who apply for it.
• The festival program can be changed by the organizing committee, if necessary, for the best carrying out of the festival.
• All the protocols for COVID-19, provided by the state, for participation in festivals (certificates of illness or vaccination) will be strictly observed.

REQUIREMENTS OF PHOTOS & VIDEOS (if requested):

The photos & videos submitted by participants should fulfill the following requirements:

1. Accept .avi .wmv .mov .mpeg4 .mp4 only
2. The video file should be uploaded to any online document-sharing and cloud services platform (e.g., Google Drive, Drop box, etc.). The download link should be submitted upon application.
3. Any uploads to online video-sharing websites (e.g., YouTube) that could not be downloaded directly are not accepted.
4. Please ensure that the competition staff can directly download the video through the download link. If the video can only be downloaded with a registered account, the video will not be processed.
5. Participants should ensure that the documents (photos & videos) can be downloaded normally at any time point before 30 May.
6. Any submitted links, files and documents that could not be identified, searched, opened, downloaded and played will not be processed.

PAYMENT

• In order to confirm your participation, the registration form should be sent until May 10th 2022
• Once you submit your registration form, a confirmation of your participation will be sent, with the terms of the payment.
• The 50% of the total amount should be paid until May 20th 2022, to guarantee your participation.
• Upon payment of deposit an invitation letter will be sent to you.
• The rest of the payment, 50%, should be done until May 30th, 2022.

CANCELLATION POLICΥ

• In case of a participant or participants not presented to the festival or in case of cancellation of participation, no refund is eligible.
• In case of cancellation of the contest due to the restrictions of COVID – 19, there will be a refund.

CERTIFICATES

Outstanding performers will be awarded a Distinction certificate and awarded prizes (trophies or medals).

All participants will receive a certificate of participation.

Participants from each category will be awarded gold, silver and bronze awards according to their standard of performance (no limitation on the number of recipients for each award)

Competition fees: 

• Solo participation: 30€
• 2^nd solo participation: 20€
• Duet participation: 40€
• 2^nd duet participation: 30€
• Group participation 3-5 performers: 50€
• 2^nd Group participation 3-5 performers: 40€
• Group participation of 6 performers or more: 100€
• 2^nd Group participation of 6 performers or more: 80€

NOT INCLUDED:

• Participants may arrive earlier or prolong their stay. For each day the cost varies from 40€ to 90€ per person (2 meals, breakfast and dinner, in triple rooms in the hotel which will be staying during the festival).
• The stay in a double room, in case of availability, is an additional 10€ to 27 €/ person / day.
• The stay in a single room, in case of availability, is an additional 20€ to 50 €/ person / day.

Arrival Day. Check in at the hotel from 13:00 onwards. The person responsible for each country or group will inform you in detail about the final program.

Free time to stroll in the market, relaxing, sightseeing or whatever pleases you.

21:30 – 22:30 Information meeting.

July 1st, 2022, Friday

08:00 – 09:00 Breakfast.

12:00 – 14:00 Masterclass: in singing and also learning the “International Moments” anthem.

Free time or you can choose one of the optional excursions suggested by the organizing committee upon your arrival at the hotel.

20:00 – 21:00 Dinner

21:30 – 24:00 Welcome – Traditional Greek Party

July 2nd, 2022, Saturday

15:30 – 17:00 Rehearsals

17:30 – 19:30 “International Moments Contest 2022” in singing, music and dance performances

09:30 – 11:30 Masterclass: folk Greek dance “Syrtaki” from the distinguished choreographer of traditional Greek dances, Mr. Panagiotis Pagonidis.

Free time or you can choose one of the optional excursions suggested by the organizing committee upon your arrival at the hotel.

20:00 – 21:00 Dinner

17:30 – 19:30 “International Moments Show 2022”. Awards and Souvenirs will be given to participants by the end of the show.

July 4th, 2022, Monday

10:00 – 11:00   Official meeting of groups leaders with the Organizers (Coffee, drink and local delicacies will be served).

Free time until the afternoon or you can choose one of the optional excursions suggested by the organizing committee upon your arrival at the hotel.

July 5th, 2022, Tuesday

Breakfast. Departure of the participants to return to their homelands with the hope that this experience will stay memorable and the promise to meet again.
