Festival Conditions

• Please, fill and send us the participation contact form with minimum 6 digital pictures and a short description of your group and videos or links and descriptions of your performances.
• Folklore Groups will stay at these Hotels: Kalif Hotel and Grand Milano Hotel. The number of participants are not limited.
• Folklore Dancers’ (apart from accompanying people) age must be between 8-16 years old.
• The folklore groups are requested to arrive in Ayvalık on 15 JUNE 2016 – 12:00 and depart on 20 JUNE 2016 – 12:00, after breakfast.
• Gifts provide for each person is an attendance certificate.
• Each group should bring flags of their countries with them.
• We will prefer for dance groups with live music but recorded music also acceptable.
• Pocket money will not be paid to the groups by Festival Committee.
• 100 Lt. Diesel will given for these activities to each bus. – (If the folklore groups will arrive by bus)
• The groups will prepare 5-10 minutes programs. All groups have to prepare minimum 2 different performances.
